O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ petition to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 4 to 6 to disburse the salary for the month of October 2018 to the petitioner including salary for 04.10.2018.

2.It is represented by the learned Special Government appearing for respondents that there is no such proposal to deduct wages for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the said period and under the presumption as the wages are going to be deducted, the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ petition for the aforesaid relief.

3.As there is no such proposal as stated above and that no decision has been taken to deduct wages for the said period and further, the said date has been declared as holiday on account of rain, the Writ petition is dismissed as premature. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.is closed.
