This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 Page No. 1 of 4

and 2 to take necessary action, within time frame limit as fixed by this Court to consider petitioner's representation dated 20.12.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner sent a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 20.12.2024, but no action was taken. Hence, she filed this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the petitioner sent a representation on 09.12.2024 and thereafter, she did not appear for enquiry. Again, she sent a representation on 20.12.2024 and both are pending for enquiry. They will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition and the receipt of the representation of the petitioner also admitted by the second respondent and the same is under enquiry, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2024 and take appropriate action in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
