ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner joined the respondent corporation as Assistant Surgeon in the year 2011. She completed her probation in the year 2013. The petitioner had to resign from her service on 06.06.2022. The petitioner has since been relieved from service. The petitioner's terminal benefits are yet to be settled. That led to the filing of this writ petition. 3.The second respondent is directed to consider and pass order on the petitioner's representation seeking disbursement of her terminal benefits on merits and in accordance with law. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. Such an order shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
