PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents No.1 to 5 for consider the petitioners representation dated 14.04.2025 for De-seal and open the petitioners shop property hand over to the petitioner.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.04.2025 to de-seal and open the petitioner's shop property hand over to the petitioner.

2.According to the petitioner, he sent the representation dated 14.04.2025 to the first respondent, but the same has not been considered. 2/5

Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the first respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law. 4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

5.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's representation is pending with the first respondent, this Court directs the first respondent to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation dated 14.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of one week, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.
