O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to give police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 07.02.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the third respondent lodged a complaint against the petitioner and thereafter, the petitioner also lodged a counter complaint against the third respondent. Both the complaints are pending with the second respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private 2/5

respondent, is inclined to pass order.

4.In view of the above, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation along with the third respondent's complaint and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
