[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The petitioner, who is a third party to the writ petition, has filed the present petition seeking leave of this Court to prefer a Writ Appeal against the order of the writ Court dated 26.02.2026 made in W.P.(MD)No. 5402 of 2026.

2.The petitioner claims to be the original legal heir. According to the petitioner, the third respondent/writ petitioner filed the writ petition without impleading the petitioner as a party and obtained an order. 3.Heard the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2.

4.Considering the fact that the document presented for registration is alleged to be the result of impersonation, we are of the view that leave deserves to be granted.
