ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Melur, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.61 of 2023 filed by the petitioners/plaintiffs within a time frame stipulated by this Court. 1/4
2. When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that pursuant to the order of this Court dated 28.04.2025, the matter was referred to the mediation, wherein the parties entered into compromise amicably. Therefore, he requests this Court to strike off the suit in O.S.No.61 of 2023 pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Melur.
3.In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. The revisions petitioners are at liberty to file a compromise memo before the trial Court in the pending suit in the manner known to law.
