This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the second respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representations dated 08.11.2023 and 27.05.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 and

4. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representations dated 08.11.2023 and 27.05.2024 to the respondents 1 and 2, but the same has not been considered. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed as the dispute is civil in nature. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed and nothing survives for further adjudication in this case, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
