ORDER
This writ petition has been filed, directing the respondents to grant permission and to provide police protection to the petitioner to conduct the fasting on 31.10.2018 on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 08.10.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that today morning, the respondent police informed the petitioner that the place chosen by the petitioner is not permitted for conducting fasting agitation.
3.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents on instructions, would submit that the representation was made as if it is going to be a continuous fasting from 31.10.2018 and therefore, the respondent police did not grant permission to the petitioner.
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner makes it clear that the fasting will be conducted on one day. Since the permission had not been granted, the date fixed for the fasting will be changed in future.

indicating the date and venue, in which the fasting agitation is going to be conducted by the petitioner. The respondent police shall consider the representation and grant necessary permission by imposing reasonable conditions to the petitioner. The petitioner has to comply with the conditions imposed by the respondent police. No costs.
