ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed by the 1st defendant in O.S.No.28 of 2023 on the file of Sub Court, Aruppukottai seeking expeditious disposal of I.A.No.1 of 2023.

2. The respondent herein as plaintiff has filed the above suit for partition and separate possession. Pending suit, the 1st defendant had filed I.A.No.1 of 2023 for a direction to the plaintiff and the 1st defendant to undergo DNA test to establish that he is not the father of the plaintiff.

3. A perusal of the B-diary extract indicates that counter has been filed on 18.10.2023 and so far, the enquiry has not been conducted.

4. Considering the above said facts, the trial Court is directed to dispose off I.A.No.1 of 2023 on or before 31.08.2024.

5. In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands allowed to the extent as stated above. No costs.
