ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as against the order of the Writ Court, they have preferred an appeal, in which the application seeking for condonation of delay in C.M.P.(MD).No.7008 of 2022 is pending adjudication. While that being so, it would not be appropriate to parallelly adjudicate this Contempt Petition.

2. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioners to work out their remedies subject to the outcome of the Writ Appeal.
