ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by DR.G.JAYACHANDRAN, J.) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the counter filed by the respondents.

2.Though the delay in filing the writ appeal is enormous, taking note of the discharge summary issued by PSG IMSR & Hospitals, Peelamedu indicating that the petitioner herein has a medical history of Left Renal Cortical Cysts and has undergone procedure done for dialysis. 3.Accepting the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support this petition, this civil miscellaneous petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
