The petitioner seeks limited relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the State Information Commissioner to number and dispose of the petitioner's appeal dated 21.02.2025, filed under the provisions of the Right to Information Act. 2.Considering the limited relief sought for, it would suffice to direct the first respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's appeal dated 21.02.2025, including its maintainability, after hearing the petitioner, if need be. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of four [4] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
