ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to direct the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioner in the light of his representation dated 22.04.2022.
2. The facts of the case are that the petitioner and his daughter entered into the business with the third respondent by investing the amount. After some period, the business faced severe loss. Hence, they forced to close the business. Thereafter, a dispute arose between the petitioner and the third respondent with regard to money transaction in the business. The third respondent illegally entered into the petitioner's house and threatened him with dire consequences by getting his signatures on some empty papers as well as documents. The complaints have been lodged by the petitioner as well as the third respondent against each other. The respondent Police repeatedly harassing the petitioner and his daughter. Being an old age, the petitioner 2/4
could not bear the tortures given by the respondent Police. Having no other way, the petitioner preferred a representation dated 22.04.2022 to the respondent Police not to harass the petitioner. Since no action was taken, the present Criminal Original Petition has been filed.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the third respondent gave a complaint against the petitioner's daughter with regard to money transaction. In this regard, the enquiry has been conducted and closed. As on date, no petition is pending against the petitioner.
4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent Police to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.04.2022.
