ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for Lower Court' and upon reading earlier orders dated 02.06.2023 and 26.06.2024 and the requisition submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Manapparai in D.No.1001/2024 dated 11.11.2024, through Principal District Judge, Tiruchirappalli D.No.8544/HC(J)/2024 dated 19.11.2024 seeking further six months 1/3

time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.97 of 2020, this Court made the following Order:

"The learned Subordinate Judge, Manapparai, sent a letter, dated 11.11.2024 requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.97 of 2020, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 02.06.2023.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 11.11.2024, this Court is inclined to extend for another three months to dispose the said suit. Accordingly, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.97 of 2020."
