ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the docket order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchirappalli returning the copy application filed by the petitioner seeking certified copy of the final report and the statement of the witnesses recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. 2.On a perusal of the docket order, it shows that the petitioner has not appeared before the Court below and has not received the papers under Section 207 Cr.P.C. Therefore, the Court below has rejected the copy application filed by the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is willing to appear before the Court below immediately and receive the papers before the Court below. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.In the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Court below on 01.11.2018 and receive certified copy of the final report along with other documents filed by the respondent Police. The Court below is directed to furnish the petitioner with all the documents filed by the respondent Police.

5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
