ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, Mr.S.S.Manoj, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), on instructions from the respondent-police, submits that the petition enquiry in C.No.207/DCB/VNR/2024 was conducted and the complaint was closed. Hence, no case and no FIR had been registered against the petitioner. In view of the same, the petitioners have no reasonable apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent-police. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is not maintainable. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not maintainable.
