ORDER

This Criminal original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 47/2018 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the respondent police have completed the investigation and will file a final report within a period of 10 days.

3.This Court does not want to interfere with the investigation at this stage. The respondent police shall file a final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate within a period two weeks https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is left open to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
