PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to call for the return endorsement passed in Crl.M.P.No. of 2025 in D.V.C.No.3 of 2020, learned Additional Mahila Court, Magistrate Level, Karur, pertaining to returning the petition filed seeking withdrawal of the deposited maintenance amount and to set aside the same as illegal and direct the learned Additional Mahila Court Magistrate Level, Karur, to number the petition filed seeking withdrawal of the deposited maintenance amount. ORDER

The present revision petition has been filed challenging an order of return passed in unnumbered Crl.M.P. in pending D.V.C.No.3 of 2020, on the file of Additional Mahila Court(Magistrate Level), Karur. 1/3

2.Any order passed passed by the trial Court is an appealable order under Section 29 of the Protection of Women's from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, the revision is not maintainable.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal before the appropriate forum. No costs. 4.The period spent between 22.04.2025, and the date of receipt of copy of this order from this Court is excluded for the purpose of calculating the limitation for filing an appeal.
