[Order of the Court was made by J.NISHA BANU, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2.The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to direct the official respondents to issue suitable direction to the concerned authorities to take action against the persons, who are unlawfully encroaching Kulavanendhal tank, Keelakottai post, Sivagangai District, which is belonged to the petitioner temple, and to recover the said properties from the said encroachers. 3.Mr.M.Sarangan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, on instructions, submits that necessary proceedings were initiated to remove the encroachments made in the subject property and the same will reach its logical end within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.
