O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioners to direct the second respondent to give adequate police protection to the petitioners by considering the petitioners' representation dated 23.05.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioners and the private respondents. Therefore, the first petitioner sent a representation for police protection dated 23.05.2024 to the respondents 1 and 2, but the same has not been considered. Hence, they filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the first petitioner was received by the second respondent and the same is under enquiry and they will conduct the enquiry and dispose of the same within 15 days. Page No. 2 of 4

4. Since the representation of the first petitioner is under consideration by the second respondent, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the first petitioner dated 23.05.2024 and dispose of the same within a period 15 days from the date of this order after affording opportunity to both the parties in accordance with law.

5. With the abovesaid observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
