RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 5960 of 2022 dated 12/04/2022 in Crime.No.154 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.KANNAN G, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5960 of 2022 on 12.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

of 2022 on 12.04.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a fifteen days, ie., on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
