ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry. 1/4

2. According to the petitioner, the second respondent is harassing him under the guise of enquiry. Hence, he filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that six different persons lodged complaint against the petitioner and based on the same, they called the petitioner for enquiry, that apart they have not harassed the petitioner.

4. This Court heard both sides and perused the materials available.

5. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the submission of the second respondent that only based on the complaint lodged by six different persons, they called the petitioner for enquiry, this Court directs the second respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose of the complaints within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
