ORDER

An affidavit of undertaking has been filed by the 1st petitioner for herself and on behalf of the 2nd petitioner. The affidavit has been signed by both the petitioners and they have undertaken to vacate the schedule mentioned property within six months and also undertaken to pay rent of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) per month during the six months period to the respondent herein. C.R.P.(PD) (MD) No.1436 of 2021 permitted to withdraw the amounts deposited to the credit of R.C.O.P.No.115 of 2017 on the file of the Rent Controller (Principal District Munsif Court), Tiruchirappali. It is needless to state that even if there is a month of default in the payment of rents, the Landlord can execute the decree. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
