ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to return the withdrawal amount of Rs.30,000/- to the petitioner. 2.None appeared on behalf of the respondent.

3.According to the petitioner, she made a representation dated 17.07.2018 to the respondent with the relief sought for in the prayer. But, on such representation, no action has been taken by the respondent till date. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for the relief stated supra.

4.From the records, it is seen that no counter affidavit has been filed, though opportunities have been given to the respondent. Hence, this Court has no other option but to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2018. 5.Accordingly, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 17.07.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to enclose a copy of this order along with such representation.
