Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order issued by the 2nd Respondent in his Proceedings No. F1/1757/18 dated 10.05.2018 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the 2nd Respondent to permit the Petitioner to continue her business in the sales outlet allotted by the 2nd Respondent on 30.04.2018 to sell the 1st Respondents TANTEA products at Tenkasi New Bus Stand premises.
