ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.668 of 2021 on the file of the third respondent Police to the fourth for proper free and fair investigation.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the case in Crime No.668 of 2021 has been transferred to the file of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10417 of 2021 the NIBCID, Madurai. Pending this petition, the NIBCID, Madurai has completed investigation and also filed final report before the EC Court Madurai and the same has been taken cognizance in CC No. 304 of 2022 and as of now investigation is pending on the file of the third respondent, hence the prayer sought for cannot be granted.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
