Heard both sides.
2.The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. The first respondent is directed to pass final order on the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The first respondent shall put all the interested persons including the private respondent herein on notice before passing final order.
3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
