ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 31.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(A), 324 of IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act in Crime No.380 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the de-facto complainant is the wife of the petitioner and they got married in the year 2010. Even from the date of marriage, there was a demand of dowry and due to which the petitioner assaulted the de-facto complainant. Hence, the complaint.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 4.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not involve any previous case sofar. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Vedasandur.

(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
