This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2, to give adequate Police Protection to the Petitioner's life and the Property in old Sy.No: 243A/1, and a New Sy.No; 708/18 at Kayathar village, on the basis of the Representation dated 17.09.2020.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 17.09.2020 and the same is still pending.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10305 of 2020 3.Considering the above, second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 17.09.2020 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
