ORDER

2. The limited prayer sought for by the writ petitioner is only a direction to the fourth respondent to conduct survey and demarcate the four boundaries in terms of the petitioner's patta relating to the survey No.821/2, Thirumayam Village and Taluk, Pudukkottai District.

3. The petitioner has earlier approached this Court seeking issuance of patta and subsequently, the Tashildar has favourably considered the petitioner's request and also mutated the patta in the name of the petitioner. Now, based on the said patta, the petitioner has sought for survey and demarcation of boundaries.
