This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the petitioner and her children's life and limb and the house property of the petitioner.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10302 of 2020 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

3.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that the complaint of the petitioner has been received by the second respondent and based on which, an enquiry has been initiated in C.No.34/22945/086/2020 on 24.08.2020 and during enquiry, if it is found police protection is required, suitable action will be taken.

4. Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
