Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent/contemnor for willfully disobeying the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD). No.452 of 2016 dated 27.11.2019.

Prayer in WP(MD). 452/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.871/A1/2015 dated 07.12.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to refix the petitioners salary on the basis of her last pay drawn in R.C.Primary School, C.K.Mangalam, Ramanathapuram District as well as in the light of the proceedings of the AEEO, Sivagangai in a Na.Ka.No.3033/A1/2013, dated 25.05.2013 within a time fixed by this Court.

Contempt Petition(MD).No.797 of 2020

ORDER

When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that in compliance with the order in question, the second respondent has considered the request sent by the petitioner and rejected the same, by proceedings, dated 05.10.2020, by following the compliance order made in W.P.(MD).No.31114 of 2013, based on which the order in question has been passed by this Court. She has also produced a copy of the said order. In view of the same, this contempt petition is dismissed.
