ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 505(2) of IPC in Crime No.235 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner posted abusive statements as against the Former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu in his Facebook account. Hence, the Complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has only forwarded a message, which has come to his mobile.
