PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue kudiyiruppu patta in the name of the petitioner for the property measuring to an extent of 7.5 cents of land situated at Survey No.5, Theivanayakaperi village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents to issue kudiyiruppu patta in the name of the petitioner for the property in S.No.5, measuring to an extent of 7.5 cents, situated at Theivanayakaperi village, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it is suffice, if a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 04.03.2019. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.5858 of 2019 3.In reply, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2019 would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 4.In the light of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
