This revision petition is filed to direct the learned District Munsif, Madurai Town to dispose of the case in R.C.O.P.No.67 of 2017 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the revision petitioner.
3.Having regard to the nature of proceedings and the fact that the petition for eviction is pending for more than 31⁄2 years, this Court is of the view that a direction for early disposal of the petition will be in the interest of justice.
4.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed and the learned District Munsif, Madurai Town, is directed to dispose of the case in R.C.O.P.No.67 of 2017 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
