PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2 to take disciplinary action against the third respondent Mr.K.B.Venkatesh, an Advocate of Madurai(Enrolment No.1240/1996) by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2022 within the time that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court.

2. Having regard to the nature of the order going to the passed by this Court, this Court is of the view that no notice is necessary to the third respondent.

The writ petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent Nos.1 and 2, to take disciplinary action against the third respondent Mr.K.B.Venkatesh, an Advocate of Madurai(Enrolment No.1240/1996) by considering the petitioner's representation dated 04.03.2022 within a stipulated time.
4. Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer that is sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the complaint and the contentions of the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the complaint of the petitioner, dated 04.03.2022, which is taken on file as Complaint No.98 of 2022 and pass final orders after holding an enquiry in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
