O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to provide electricity connection to the petitioner's house situated at Door No.7/32B Post Office, South Street, Thimarajapuram, Palayamkottai, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.02.2019.
2. Heard Mr.R.Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.Rajeswari, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.S.M.S.Johnny Basha, learned standing counsel for the respondent.
3. The petitioner claims that, he is the absolute owner of the aforementioned property. He has applied for electricity connection for the said property and has given a representation on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
W.P.(MD) No.5886 of 2019 21.02.2019, with regard to electricity connection application. According to him, the said representation has not been considered by the respondent. In such circumstances, this writ petition has been filed.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if the representation of the petitioner dated 21.02.2019 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the necessary parties for the effective adjudication. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.02.2019 seeking for electricity connection to his house property situated at Door No.7/32B Post Office, South Street, Thimarajapuram, Palayamkottai, after hearing all the necessary parties and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight(08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the aforesaid directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
