pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 4th respondent dated 07.08.2018 declaring the respondents 6 to 16 herein as duly elected Administrative Committee Members of the 5th respondent society and quash the same.

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties.
2. What has been challenged herein is the election held to the Co-operative Society, belonging to the fifth respondent. As already held by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.P.No.7526 of 2018 etc., batch, dated 03.08.2018, the remedy open is only to approach the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, under Section 90 of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983.
3. In such a view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to exhaust the remedy as indicated above. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
