Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 02.08.2019 and quash the same and consequently directing the 1st respondent to pay the genuine compensation due to the fire accident on 27.05.2018 at Sri Maruthi Polymers.

ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.ANNAMALAI ATHIAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.N.DILIP KUMAR, Standing Counsel for R4 and R5, the court made the following order:- Unless the Writ Appeal is allowed, the interim compensation as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. Therefore, this petition is dismissed.
