ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 4 and 5 not to interfere in the Civil Dispute under the guise of enquiry on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.07.2021.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.07.2021, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that on the earlier occasion also the private respondent has given a complaint against the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken in C.S.R.No.584 of 2021 and the same was closed by observing that it is a purely civil in nature. After, closure of the above sand complaint, the present complaint has given given.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the present complaint given by the 7th respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken and the same was closed on 31.08.2021.

4. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further consideration and direction in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
