2. The prayer made in this writ petition is that the Peace Meeting should be held between the respondents 9 and 10. The ninth respondent - Thiru.Veeraiah is present before this Court. The tenth respondent - Gurusamy has informed this Court in writing that he has no objection for the festival to be conducted at Thanjakkor Village.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made an allegation that the tenth respondent has been pressurized by the local Police to make the said statement. I, therefore, telephonically contacted the tenth respondent and he confirmed that he has no objection for the festival to be held at Thanjakkor. According to him, he has no objection whatsoever. Since the tenth respondent is not raising any dispute or rival claim, the question of holding the peace meeting between the respondents 9 and 10 does not arise at all.

4. However, the local Police is directed to provide appropriate bandobust arrangement for the smooth conduct of the festival to be held from 05.07.2022 to 13.07.2022. This Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. 27.06.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No mga 3/5
