This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb, based on the representation dated 18.04.2025. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is under consideration with the third respondent and they will conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.

3.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.

4.Recording the said submission, the third respondent is directed to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's representation and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
