ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner alleges harassment at the hands of the second and third respondents. It appears that the complaint has been preferred against the petitioner by Samayasundaram. The subject matter pertains to tractor.

3.The second respondent is directed to conclude the petition enquiry within a period of two weeks. If at the end of enquiry, the second respondent registers any FIR against the petitioner, the petitioner shall be put on notice, so that, the petitioner will have breathing time to move the jurisdictional Court for relief.
