ORDER

This petition is filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a Final Report before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Orathanadu, Thanjavur District, in connection with Crime No.227 of 2019, dated 25.10.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in the case in Crime No.227 of 2019, has been completed and Final Report is also made ready and within a month, it will be presented before the concerned Court.

3.The submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is recorded. There shall be a direction to the second respondent to file the Final Report before the end of this month. After that, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.
