This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action on complaint dated 01.04.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he sent a complaint dated 01.04.2025 to the respondent police, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's complaint was closed by the 3rd respondent. However, the same is under consideration before the District Crime Police, Thoothukudi and they will instruct District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondents, is inclined to pass orders.

5.Recording the said submission that the petitioner's complaint is pending with the District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi, this Court directs the first respondent to instruct the District Crime Branch, Thoothukudi to conduct enquiry upon the petitioner's complaint dated 01.04.2025 and take appropriate action, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of this order, after affording opportunity to both the parties.
6.With the above observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
