This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to accord adequate police protection to the petitioner and his family members (Victims/Witnesses) from the accused persons in Crime No.1747 of 2020 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that F.I.R is registered as against the rival parties in Crime No.1747 of 2020 and the investigation is pending.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
