ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 27.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 4 of NON Act, Section 366 I.P.C and Section 5(l) r/w 6 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.302 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 22.07.2018, the petitioner had kidnapped the victim girl. Hence, the case has been registered.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner and the victim girl loved with each other and the victim voluntarily eloped with the petitioner. He further submitted that the petitioner is in incarceration from 22.07.2018. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation is pending. 5.Considering the above facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:

(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Mahila Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi.
