O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 2 and 4 to take action against the respondents 5 to 7 for their illegal act of excommunicating the petitioner and his family members from the village by considering the petitioner's representation dated 30.05.2024.

2. The petitioner with a grievance that the respondents 5 to 7 are not collecting tax for the village festival scheduled to be held from 08.06.2024 to 10.06.2024. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court that the respondents 5 to 7 have ex-communicated the petitioner and his family from the village.

Mr.S.Sarvagan Prabhu, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondents 5 to 7 and submits that there is no such practice of ex-communication and they all belong to the same Community and they have never refused to receive tax from the petitioner and they can very well participate in the village festival.

4. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the respondents 5 to7 that they have not ex-communicated the petitioner and they have also received the tax from the petitioner, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
