ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court that the 2nd respondent Police is harassing her grandfather and his family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent, who is the father of the petitioner, the 2nd respondent has registered petition enquiry in CSR No.31 of 2024.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's parents are attempting to marry her with her maternal uncle. Therefore, she is living with her grandfather's family at Trichy, where, she is pursuing her studies. 2/4
4. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the respondents Police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
